"Inconsistent. Since they opened I've known them to provide piping hot chicken that seemed to be cooked to order, bursting with juice from every bite. Also it's so damn expensive and the sizes of the pieces keep getting smaller and smaller. I swear my thigh was the size of a boiled egg... for $6. The breasts were small but acceptable but definitely finished in the immediate setting, none left to nibble on later. Sadly I no longer find GUS'S a good value for my money. It's very unfortunate because it really is so delicious but with a family of 5 this just will not get it. Damn near $8 fries and they not bursting out of the tiny paper bag. Also I loathe the packing. I don't want my food served in a paper bag ... but if it was still worth it I wouldn't even care. Now it just adds to my disappointment.
