"Tasty and well made. Portion is quite reasonable at the price, though not over generous. In regards to freshness, my only concern is that the decision to heat the cheese and the hash browns together means that during the inevitable delivery cooldown it congeals unpleasantly in terms of texture. Still tasty, however. The greens used as a bed were crisp and tasty, full points. The eggs had cooled somewhat (as is reality) but were perfect. The cortado was excellent. I need to learn how to make these. My only real complaint is that they took a surprisingly long time to make the food, such that the actual delivery person had to stand there waiting for about 10-12 minutes waiting for them to get the food ready for him after he arrived (they actually messaged me while standing there to let me know what the hold-up was) . This is more an issue with the system in general, however, and also suggests that they are popular and prioritize freshness, only starting the order when they get confirmation of the pickup. But that's speculation. I have every intention of ordering from them again and recommend them to others. I"

"The cinnamon buns are heavy, with lots of toppings. We could tell they were fresh baked, perfect texture. Totally worth the price. We've only had the Creme Brulee so far but it was delicious. Didn't taste like creme brulee, but delicious nonetheless. They did mess up one of the flavours though - we ordered a Shaft Roll but instead got something with Oreo cookies, which I don't like. I was really looking forward to the shaft one so that's a big bummer for sure. The Mocha on the other hand.... first, they made it with soy, rather than oat as I requested, with a note saying they don't have oat, despite it being an option on all their hot beverages. I hate soy so I wish I knew that so I could have ordered almond milk. Second, it tasted like nothing. Well, except for soy milk. I don't think they put the espresso shot in it, or if they did, it's the weakest espresso I've ever had. They did put chocolate sauce in (could tell from the colour) but not enough to taste it. Guess we better grab coffee on the next grocery run lol. Overall, this experience was just meh, but since they're primarily a cinnamon bun place, assuming the other buns are just as good as the first one we shared, I think we'll try them again. Hopefully order accuracy isn't an ongoing problem with them."

"I got pancakes, came with 3, and I called another day asking how many you got and they said 4 pancakes. Then on top of the pancakes I got the lotus biscoff crumbs topping which was $3.50 and the lotus biscoff sauce which was the same price. I got a very light drizzle of both topping on the top pancake, the bottom two had nothing on them. I should at least have a decent amount on all pancakes let alone a tiny amount on just the one pancake. I also got the Cookie Blast Shake and that was wonderful though. "

"This was my first time ordering the Gourmet crêpe and if I were to order it again, there's a couple of things I would change: 1. I thought the bacon was a weird add so I just ate it on its own before the crêpe. Don't make the same mistake. It needs the salt and added depth of flavour. I would maybe even order a side of bacon - 2 slices isn't enough to have a little with each bite. I think 3 or 4 would be perfect. 2. I might try adding cinnamon to it instead of the bacon, but it definitely would need a tiny sprinkle of salt just to bring the flavours out more. 3. I would share it! It looked a lot smaller, to me, in the photo than it really was. I was just barely able to eat it all but I'm extremely full. If I'm going to add more bacon, I definitely don't want to try to eat it all. Now, a couple of complaints: 1. I would have liked either a different type of apple to be used, or for the apple to peeled first. The skins on these were hard/sharp/tough?? Just not pleasant. 2. I couldn't taste the cream cheese at all, which was really the main selling point for me, along with the salted caramel. 3. I think it's weird that you can order a side of salted caramel with the French toast but not with anything else, or on its own, like you can with other toppings, such as the custard or the chocolate hazelnut. I'd like to have been able to order it with the gourmet crêpe, just because I like an ungodly amount of caramel (I know you're judging me lol)"

This time they were wrapped pretty messily, too and there was other food residue on the outside of the rolls, like they were made on a dirty cutting board or cut with a dirty knife. Still, I'll probably order them again. The E1. Vietnamese Iced Coffee is also not the best I've had, but it's good. Not sure if it's worth $7, but it's good. Overall average in flavour and quality.
