All of the proteins were cooked perfect. The beef had some bite, the lamb was super tender and the chicken was great. I got Lamb Curry , Butter Chicken Beef Dopiaz and Chicken Korma. The sauces and flavors are some of the best I've ever had, and I've been eating "Indian" food since Shalimar, when they were on Central Ave in the late 80's. Then all over the world. This IS REALLY GOOD. The only thing that could use improvement, is nothing. Most places charge $15+ for a chicken dish. This place has great food AND at a great price.
