I did find the salmon hard to take a bite out of the hand roll but that might just be the nature of trying to eat it that way, I would just order it as a regular roll next time. A little sweet and savory, not a very overpowering eel flavor and they were GENEROUS with the avocado which gave sucha nice creamy texture to the roll. I love the spicy tuna roll as well. "The best Italian sub I've had in YEARS!!! Seriously, I would give 100 stars, if I could. The sub was hefty and well crafted with the perfect balance of flavors bite for bite.
