I did find the salmon hard to take a bite out of the hand roll but that might just be the nature of trying to eat it that way, I would just order it as a regular roll next time. "Chili’s is a great alternative to your regular fast food burger joints when you need dinner on the go with your kids. Ironically, their mac & cheese gets devoured by my children all the time.
