I did find the salmon hard to take a bite out of the hand roll but that might just be the nature of trying to eat it that way, I would just order it as a regular roll next time. I was pleased with the taste and quality of the food and time to prepare the order, I would definitely order from them again. The eel avocado roll is amazing btw. A little sweet and savory, not a very overpowering eel flavor and they were GENEROUS with the avocado which gave sucha nice creamy texture to the roll. I love the spicy tuna roll as well.
