"meat was very fatty. huge chunks of fat, atleast half of each taco. asked to be crispy, ended up borderline soggy. wish the would have been fried on the grill in consume fat like most birria. consume Is a perfect portion, if 50% wasn't the oily fat. should be skimmed off. I eat birria 5 out of7 days a week. these are OK.would be a last resort if I reordered. lacked flavor, not very tender. dissapointing :-("
