The Salt and Pepper Shrimp were addictive - well seasoned (but not spicy at all) and cooked perfectly. They'd make a great appetizer shared among several people. They were so delicious that my 11 year old stole some even though she's usually quite picky. She also really enjoyed her Combo Lo Mein. The Sweet and Sour Chicken Slices were also great. Very flavorful with a perfect balance of sweetness. The Dry-Fried Eggplant was very tasty - crispy even though it had to travel here from the restaurant and well seasoned. The only slight let down was the golden mountain Golden Mountain Beef. We've had the Golden Mountain Chicken at other PC restaurants and it works better as chicken. The texture of some, but not all, of the pieces of the beef was stringy and a little dry. Over all it was a wonderful meal and we will order again!"

"We had high hopes for this place because we love Peter Chang, but it was frankly disappointing. The Vegetarian Lo Mein and Spicy Garlic Eggplant were both greasy. There were few vegetables in the lo mein and the eggplant was neither spicy nor garlicky. Both kind of bland, aside from the oily factor. The Steamed Vegetable Dumplings were good but not worth the price for just three. And while I loved the Sesame Oil Yuba Tofu Salad, my partner couldn't eat it because it was too spicy (despite not having a pepper on the menu).
