As for the pork itself, it wasn’t as tender as I expected from adobo—it was a bit tough and didn’t really have that melt-in-your-mouth texture you usually want. I ended up adding some of my own shrimp egg foo young gravy to it, and that honestly made a big difference in the flavor.
Overall, this dish didn’t quite hit for me, and I wouldn’t order the pork adobo again. That said, I’m still open to trying something else on the menu and giving them another shot to redeem themselves."

"If you're used to this restaurant being on Rt 450, please note they're now located inside the Grande Mart. I drive to the wrong location by mistake the other day.
