"Luzmila's is one of my favorite bolivian restaurants in the area. Located on rt 7/west broad street. Near Arlington, falls church etc. I just ordered a fricase that reminded me of home. It was delicious. This is my second time ordering from this location and I'm actually about to place another order as soon as I am done leaving this review because I definitely want another Norwegian and another sunny side up. Everything came quickly. Everything was well packaged and it was still warm when it got to me even though it's kind of windy outside I had no trouble collecting my order and everything was accurate as well.
