It surprised me that it was placed quite hut on top of the salad, didn't help keep the lettuce crisp. But I paid to have it come directly to me. The dressing was very liquid, and I had asked for it light, and it was no very seasoned. That was my not knowing what to expect. It was not bad, but I had to add balsamic vinegar for enough taste.
