"There were no sprinkles really in the Soft Serve Razzle, so I should've just gotten vanilla ice cream for $4 less. There was no chocolate ice cream in the twist, which was disappointing. We still love it here, so someone maybe just had an off night."

Even a sharpie indicating what was in the cup would've been appreciated. Additionally, when they were "out of stock" on one item, they just replaced it with a random candy (Butterfinger, in this case); I wouldn't have minded some communication regarding that, but maybe I wasn't paying close enough attention to the app. Not a bad experience, just poor packaging, for the most part."
