Needs improvement. - The items inside were stapled...plus had a loose sticker on the brown bag which wasn't sealed tight and came off very easily ). - The food was hot upon arrival. The plastic bag it came in should have been tied together/knotted ....but it was left completely OPEN. - Unfortunately, ALL of the FOOD was VERY BLAND....not enough seasoning to truly enjoy it. - Needed more salt or soy or oyster sauce in balance...to help the flavors pop & resonate on your palate. BBQ meats taste amazing but charbroiled is another level and layer of flavor. The Charbroiled Whole Chicken / دجاجة على الفحم is butterflied and then grilled which is served over two options of rice. Never had whole grilled chicken like that before and is so delicious. I enjoyed the brown rice (beryani style) and yellow rice very much, but the beryani style was a perfect balance of peppered and Mediterranean seasonings. Honestly better than I've had at holiday gatherings, they killed it! We also had the combo tray for 4 and it was served over pita bread fresh off the grill. I really enjoyed the kabob and cream chop. The cream chop came crispy and tasted like it just got cooked seconds ago and I have never gotten cream chop to go that wasn't soggy. Delicious. The food came in aluminum trays with a layer of saran wrap so the food came piping hot when it arrived and I live pretty far. Bringing the food inside, I could barely carry it because that's how much food you get and even the packaging was hot to the touch. The portions are HUGE and for a great price. The presentation on the Charbroiled Whole Chicken / دجاجة على الفحم was actually really nice too. Can't beat the flavor, price, and portions so it's a win-win-win for me."

Mongolian Beef with a medium spice level, and it came with chicken fried rice but you have the option to upgrade to another type of rice. . The meals came bagged very well and the plastic bag was sealed with a sticker all the way around the top, which I appreciate. I also ordered Extra Sweet & Sour Sauce and it was a large container, but really did not need it as there was more than enough sauce generously added already to the meal. Very flavorful and delicious, gold in color which is different. So used to seeing red sweet & sour sauce. Will definitely order again.
