This is the second time I have placed a to-go order here, and the exact same mistakes were made last time, so I've left off one star for that, but everything else was fantastic. However, today I ordered to go through DoorDash, and not only was it a 30 minute wait for my order to be complete, but when I was told that my order was ready, and got there, the kitchen hadn't even started my order and I had to wait... having worked in Restaurants. I understand that when things are busy and chaotic certain things come first, and I'm a pretty patient person. The food was great, always is! My biggest issue today though is that the horchatas were way too thick, and I get Horchata every single time I dine in... so I do know the proper consistency that the drink should be... but today all of the contents of the drink was almost like batter. No liquid to actually drink... all that was in the cup was ALL of the settled ingredients at the bottom of the mixture. Not sure if it had gone bad, or what, but definitely very disappointed. "
