"I have enjoyed several of the burritos. My absolute favorite is the brisket burrito. Authentic northern Mexican cowboy food is how it is described, and I must agree. Easily to handle, and not much to clean up other than licking fingers and smacking lips. If you catch them at breakfast time, even their coffee has a special flavor, which only adds to the charm of their delicious food. It really seemed to me that we were having a campfire meal, gathered round after a cattle run. "Pricey but always good. I wish I could get the Carrabba's bread & olive oil to go with my order when I get a couple of salads. Caprese sandwich is my favorite on the menu. The ingredients are unique and the bread goes so well with the sandwich. Don't care for the House Salad. It typically has 1 olive and maybe one pepper. The dressing is delicious but there are no toppings at all. I typically order the Ceasar salad and the pasta salad as sides. The pasta salad is small but has a great balance of ingredients. Sun dried tomatoes really add to the flavor. So good! Ceasar salad is always fresh. I wish they would cut the lettuce into bite size pieces but it is still good quality. The pieces of lettuce are way too big so I have to tear or cut the whole salad to be able to eat it. Overall a great quality place for sandwiches and sides. I order from this place often. Taking off one star because I need more toppings on the salad, need bite size pieces of lettuce and bread should be served with salads. I'll keep coming back!"

"This is my favorite NEW! Caprese Sandwich from Carrabba's Sandwich Bistro. I order it often. The way it is made can vary, though. Sometimes the tomato slices are from a regular sized tomato (don't know the specifics) and sometimes the tomatoes on the NEW! Caprese Sandwich are more like cherry tomatoes. When it is made with the small tomatoes they are much more fresh and balance the other ingredients perfectly. On this order, the amount was perfect. I was disappointed with the Caesar Salad, though. It had 3 croutons. When I order extra croutons, 3 seems ridiculous. The dressing on the salad is my favorite Caesar dressing by far. The pasta salad was also perfect. Ingredients were balanced and the portion size was fair for the price. How can I get the small, fresh tomatoes on every NEW! Caprese Sandwich instead of sometimes getting sliced tomatoes that just don't taste freshly ripened??? Overall, the bundle is a great deal."
