"This is my 2nd time ordering from Sushi Blue. The first time I got the 3 for $16 sushi lunch and I loved how they used minimal rice and you can taste and enjoy what's inside. I do wish there was an option to add spicy mayo or eel sauce on the side however they were still good. The 2nd order came an hour later than scheduled but still tasty, got the same basic rolls and this time tried the Lobster Cigar (4pc), the filling was good but probably will taste best when not door dashed as the crispiness got soft. The breading was also a little bit thicker for my liking. I would probably try the other fancier sushi in person as it's a bit expensive on DD. Tonkotsu Ramen (C) came and was full of flavor, fresh, and the chashu pork with soft-boiled egg was properly seasoned. However, one thing you should be aware of is that if you order extra toppings, it just might be too much food. Previous reviews said the portions were too small, so I ordered extra. I couldn't disagree more, honestly. I will be ordering from here again."
