We were upcharged, as expected, but it had neither one on it, and the bagel was just straight out of the bag, unheated since its first bake at the factory. The corned beef had no seasoning, and neither did any part of the French toast. I don't know if we caught them at the end of their day or what, but I can't believe it was just that because it was the products themselves that lacked any kind of seasoning. I don't even want to talk about the Grilled Ham and Cheese because I think the pig must still be alive, with the amount of ham we had. They barely sliced any off the poor guy. "

The Classic Carol chicken salad was delicious—definitely the highlight—but the scoop sizes were much smaller than they appear in the ads, which was disappointing. I also tried the Olivia’s Old South and it was a little too heavy on the pickle for my taste. The broccoli salad was surprisingly good, nice and fresh.
