"I genuinely cannot remember the last time I was this disappointed by a meal. I ordered tandoori chicken and chicken biryani, and both were shockingly bad. The tandoori chicken was dry to the point of being difficult to chew, completely lacking in flavor, and had none of the smoky depth you expect. I wasn’t demanding anything unreasonable. I simply explained how poor the food was. The manager’s solution? “We’ll make it again — you can come pick it up.” I was already sitting with my family. The whole point of ordering was convenience. Driving back to collect a replacement defeats the purpose entirely. When I explained that I couldn’t leave and asked what I was supposed to do now, the response was basically, “Yeah, sure, sure… I can’t really do anything.” Completely dismissive. No ownership. No effort to make it right beyond asking the customer to fix the problem themselves. I said I wouldn’t be ordering again. The response: “Fine. Okay. Thank you.” That tells you everything you need to know. Bad food can happen. Kitchens have off days. But indifference to feedback? That’s a choice. And it’s one that guarantees I’ll never return. There are plenty of Indian restaurants that care about quality and customer experience. This is not one of them."
