This naan was doughy, without classic tandoor made earthy taste. The F3. Lamb Roganjosh was spicy as I had asked for. That part was good. But being completely boneless is too Americanized and changes flavor profile. This was $22 so again, too pricey for what was quantity and quality. I guess it's OK if you want a quick Indian fix. But Memphis is big compared to my tiny Appalachian town. And I wanted better."
