the sauce was thick and slimy. the crawfish were small and mushy. a few dead, a few gritty. weighed it and it was not even close to 3 lb. there was at least 5 lbs of potatoes though. no flavor on the crawfish or potatoes. the sausage did have a bit of good flavor.
the fried shrimp and onion rings had no flavor with the exception of a very salty seasoning dumped on after cooking.
unfortunately, the sauce also spilled in the bag.

The corn and potatoes were fine as well but I was very unhappy with the noodles. I was expecting to receive ramen noodles which are typically eaten with a seafood boil but to my surprise they just gave me spaghetti noodles. They were very plain and not tasteful at all. While I will say that the Snow Crab Legs, corn and potatoes were alright everything was just terrible. This was most first and last time ordering from SnapBack.
