"Kelowna has a new best burger restaurant and its, The Landing. The DV The Go To Burger is a real char-grilled burger with real meat in it and it actually tastes like a burger should. After the first bite, I inhaled it and I was gone in a few minutes. The fries were excellent with no skin, really crispy, not drenched in salt and, I think covered with a light batter before frying which added to the crunchy feel. I rated the pickup as 2 stars, because the order was not noticed on their ordering system until I arrived to fetch it despite having paid for it and adding a tip. They were understaffed, one waitress on duty so I understand the problem, except why payment was taken when the order wasn't processed. In the end, both the DV The Landing Crispy Chicken Sandwich and my burger were worth it. Did I forget to say there were two chicken breasts in the chicken sandwich?"

""The Go To" AAA Beef Burger had been warmed up in a microwave before being wrapped in the container. The bun was soggy the lettuce was brown. I had to scrape the sauce and lettuce off of the bun and the layer of soggy gross and still couldn't get rid of the horrid taste from the relish sauce. No option when ordering to remove or replace items such as relish sauce and pickles. Could not sub in Onions Rings instead of fries, had to add it as a full order and then only came with half a dozen rings for $6.50 was a huge disappointment. The pile of fries with the burger was double the serving of the Onions Rings. The fries were great. The onion rings tasted great but way too small for the price. The burger I ended up throwing out it was horrible. Nothing looked anything like the pictures. "

"I would have given 5⭐, because the food was actually delicious and very fresh, and the vinaigrette was super tasty, but I wish there was MORE! Especially considering the cost! I did the Design Your Own Bowl, and if I had paid full price (I had a 40% promo), I would have been pretty chuffed. I got greens, rice, edamame, pumpkin seeds, apples, avacado, falafel, and fruit vinaigrette. The portion for a few of the ingredients was totally chincy... About a tbsp of chopped apples, 3 grape tomatoes cut in half, and 3 pieces of bocconcini?! Another tbsp of apples, and a few more pieces of bocconcini and grape tomatoes would have made me feel slightly less ripped off lol. All in all, it did fill me up, but for the price (especially considering the upcharge for DoorDash), I'd expect the choppings to be a little more heavy-handed. "we consistently order the jambalaya from this location. It appears that our order for this evening was packaged in a hurry as it was sloppy and there were noodles locked in the lids. Also, seems that the quantity was less than our usual orders in the past, We were also really disappointed with the substitution done on the garlic cheese toast. We received garlic buns instead. Very disappointing. And where did the cheese go? Ordering this dish is not cheap and cheeping out on the portions and the substiutions is very dissapointing. In the future I will call in my orders to avoid any future substitutions or disappointments. If it happens again I will not place any further orders"
