"Very disappointed with the quality of this restaurant. First, I want to clarify that this has nothing to do with the DoorDash driver. The delivery was fine. My issue is entirely with the restaurant. I ordered two sancocho de gallina, which is supposed to be a traditional Colombian soup with hen, potatoes, corn, plantain, and a rich broth. What I received looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. Instead, they sent a small container mostly full of cooked plantain with broth and almost no meat or proper ingredients. It was absolutely not a real sancocho. The packaging was also very poor, and the portion was extremely disappointing for the price. What they show in the photos online is completely different from what they actually send. To make matters worse, when I called and spoke with the manager, the response was very unprofessional. I was told that because I chose delivery instead of picking up the order, DoorDash should handle the complaint. That makes no sense because DoorDash did not cook the food — the restaurant did. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. The same issue occurred last week, where the food delivered was nothing like what was advertised or what I paid for. Overall, very unsatisfied with the quality, presentation, and customer service. I would not recommend this place."

"This place is the best! With what you're getting for the price, I don't know how they keep the doors open! My wife and I have had several different menu items and we haven't been disappointed yet, and we're pretty excited about trying the rest of the menu! The shrimp was fresh and crispy, the fries are the best kind and cooked to perfection every time, the buffalo chicken wrap is bigger than my shoe and is delicious, the burgers, the fingers, I could go on and on. Now, the wings, I'll say that they're not the meatiest I've ever had, but then a lot of times the meaty ones are mushy and kind of gross. These wings may not be the biggest, but they're done right, and if you know the proper way to eat a wing (take the meat off the bone rather than eat it like corn on the cob), these are excellent and easy to work with. Plus, again, the price point is crazy! I could never complain about wings this good ESPECIALLY for what they cost. Order from this place. You won't be upset. "
