"I used to go to Mezza all the time and loved it. Lately I find it very inconsistent and my door dash orders are ALWAYS wrong or missing items. Last time I even went so far as to confirm it with the store over a phone call, and it was still incorrect.
I wish there was an option to get the salad dressings on the side, as it always ends up being soggy by the time it arrives. I love the shawarma plate, but can’t finish that much food at once, so I like to save the salad for later… but can’t when it has the dressing on it already.
Over all, the food is delicious but I wish they paid more attention to details on your order (eg. Missing paid extras like garlic sauce or pita). If the food weren’t so delicious, I wouldn’t continue ordering from here due to the continuous minor mistakes in my orders. Luckily the food is worth it!"
