"I usually love the chicken biryani from this restaurant — when we dined in, it was delicious! The rice was fluffy, lightly orange in color, and perfectly cooked. However, this time I ordered through DoorDash, and it was really disappointing. The biryani was far too spicy, very dark in color, and the texture was completely off. The rice was mushy, and the masala, vegetables all tasted undercooked and unfinished — as if everything had just been mixed together and cooked for a few minutes on the stove. It didn’t have the rich, well-blended flavor or texture I’ve come to expect. Unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied at all with this order."
