I can’t say this ramen was as good as the ones I’ve had in Japan, but it was definitely a solid dinner and better than other places around here. The portion size was good for the (non up-charge) price of $14.95. The broth was thick, flavorful, and properly spicy. The chashu had a beautiful smoky flavor. It was slightly dry but not enough to knock off a star. The noodles were plentiful and not mushy. Overall, a good addition to Quincy."
