" The "red" sauce that was on the BURRITO was pretty bad. It tasted very pepper forward with chipotle peppers, without any flavor or heat. The inside of the BURRITO was good on its own though- I ordered chirizo. The "vegan" POZOLE had the same issue of no flavor, only this time there was a bit of heat. It was able to be doctored up with some spices and by watering it down because it was very condensed. After that, it was quite good. Plus side is all of the hominy without the pork. Everything came in compost packaging. The container for pozole or any other liquid-y dish is not the most stable. "
