"Always fresh never frozen , is not true. Definitely not fresh. Taste and looked like the pizza you'd buy in the frozen isle of the store. Cheese tasted fake and the pepperoni rolls smelled like plastic. I could only eat 1/2 of one pepperoni roll and threw away the rest. Two slices of pizza was all I could stomach of this junk. I can't believe they try and pass this off as food. Do not recommend. I think those other 5 star reviews are fake, there is just no way anyone could give this place a 5 star rating. Oh the salad looks nothing like the picture, it's basically lettuce and one tomato. Do not order from here. You're better off getting a frozen pizza from the store. It was disgusting and a rip off."

"food was cooked great and it arrived still very warm! they accidentally gave me four sausage links and two bacon so that was pog as hell, even if it was an accident. I was too full to really eat the pancakes, but I know they were delicious too, they always are! it was packaged great, everything stayed warm and it road well. the hashbrowns were still really crispy, despite being closed in a container that would usually make them soggy, so they were cooked absolutely perfect. all in all, an amazing meal. 10/10 would recommend."

"Quick 2-Egg Breakfast my husband likes crispy hash browns. We asked for crispy we got soggy and under cooked. Junior Adventurer's Cookie Butter French Toast Sticks I finally got the cookie butter topping this time, however my bananas were black and my French toast was raw in the middle. Sadly I know they can do better, as I said I got the topping "this time". The hard part is figuring out which staff cares enough to feed people properly."

Also, el fenix is packaging salsas but only filling the 1/4 of the way and gives you a paper sack of chips- the amount of salsa I recieve is very little - and that's saying something considering I hardly eat the salsa but i definitely don't have enough to eat with the chips only to top my food a bit As for the soup toppings/ tortilla strips should be packaged separately from cheese and avocado bites as it arrives soggy reducing the crunch for the soup topping.
