Today I ordered some lunch for me and my family and one item it was left behind. I called them As soon I opened the bag, because it was the first time they did my order wrong. 1- the lady over the phone it was super nice with me, even with my dumbest reaction because I couldnt find the right tool on doordash to ask for a credit. She opened her own app and she was guiding me how to do it. 2- The manager in charge was phenomenal because not only sent me an item it was missed but he included some desserts as well. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND RESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMERS. "

"Here is the disappointment that was my experience with this purchase. The first photo shows how the product was served to my coworkers during lunchtime. The second photo shows how my order arrived. It looks like someone simply threw a little bit of chicken in the container, as if they had just spilled something inside the package. I believed I was purchasing the Buy One Get One promotion, just like my coworkers had earlier through the Uber Eats app. However, by mistake, I placed my order through the DoorDash app. I acknowledge that it was my mistake to confuse the apps and order through DoorDash, which apparently did not offer the same promotion. However, that does not change the fact that what I received in my single portion was simply ridiculous. The third photo shows the salpicão (chicken salad) that I purchased. It was listed as part of a BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotion, yet I also did not receive the second salpicão. According to the restaurant employee, I must have clicked incorrectly and did not add the second item to the cart. She explained that since the system requires the second item to be manually added, and because I did not select it, they could not provide the second one. In other words, what I ended up receiving was one item for the price of two with less than half of a normal portion, and the salpicão that was supposedly part of the BOGO promotion also came as only one. The way the staff handled the entire situation was simply ridiculous. Even while my husband tried to explain that the ordering process was confusing and that, in practice, I had paid almost the same amount expecting to receive the items in double, the response was simply negative, with no attempt whatsoever to resolve the issue. In addition, it was very clear that the staff who assisted us lacked preparation, professionalism, courtesy, and any sense of empathy. At no point did anyone show concern about understanding the situation or offering any type of solution. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and given everything that happened, I request a refund for the amount I paid."

"Everthing tasted great we got a vari of things to try and were not dissapointed. The Empanada de Carne / Beef Patty were delicious and well worth it. The Papa Rellena/Potato Ball was really good and loved how crispy it was with the creamy mashed potatoes and meat inside. I had the Bistec Encebollado / Onion Steak with mofongo which was so good,I also got a side of the Maduros / Sweet Plantains which I got a medium, but iwould of been good with a small becbecause they give you a lot! My husband had the Pechuga a la Plancha / Grilled Chicken Breast with rice and beans. For dessert he had his favorite Torta Tres Leches / Tres Leches Cake (2 of them) which he loved, and they are individual servings which is nice. I tried the Mini Cheesecake which was really good and creamy and had a good graham cracker crust as well as the Torta de Zanahorias/Carrot Cake which was 2 layers and delicious, it was light and airy and very flavorful and not too sweet, it was perfect!"

"Everything tastes good, Goat Taso (Kabrit) ,Lalo ,Macaroni Gratine AKRA 10/10. I enjoy the food. one thing I'd prefer is less oil in the Lalo. Besides that, it's tasty. However, I ordered Pate Kòde (Chodyè), Korosol Juice, and never received them. I called, and the guy was nice explaining what happened. He advised me to call and request the Pate Kòde (Chodyè) whenever I am placing an order. He apologized and acknowledged how badly I wanted the Pate Kòde (Chodyè). Mind you, I am a Pate lover, so one can imagine how painful the news was to me. Also, I wanted to try the Korosol Juice badly.
