I tried the Carnitas Eggs Benedict for the first time and was NOT disappointed. They called them "mini" pancakes but there's nothing mini about them! sooo huge and filling, and the flavour combinations are just incredible. It may sound like a weird mix but let me tell you it's worth a try. Can't quite describe it but it's magical."
