Smoked wings: Bourbon Glaze was very blackened and tasted (smelled) oddly of burnt soy sauce -- probably just carbonized sugar from the glaze. Some of these issues may have been due to ordering delivery on a busy Friday evening, but it's hard to overlook everything."
