"The only place for ramen in the city thats worth its salt. Their Ajisen Original was just as good as always, and i highly recommend getting it with the black garlic broth. The woods ear mushrooms were as lovely as always in it, and the egg was perfectly cooked. The Pan-fried Gyoza are always a staple. Definitely recommend steering towards the pan fried over the deep fried. And as always, dont forget the Chilli Oil! This place is a solid 5/5 with such consistency, I dont think you can find a better place outside of Japan."
