This restaurant's version was on point when it came to seasoning/spices. Unfortunately, it was sitting in so much grease that it took a lot of work to make it edible. That entailed having to use almost a whole roll of paper towel to squeeze as much of the grease out as possible, followed by using my Instant Pot's Tender Crisp function to render it even more before it was gastronomically palatable. By the time I was done, I'd lost my appetite for it. My friends ate some, however they commented that although it tasted good it was "a bit too greasy." Hot and Sour Soup: The Hot and Sour Soup was ok. The ingredients were there, however, the flavor was bland and disappointing. It lacked the heat and spice that is indicative of the traditional dish. The broth seemed watered down. I added my own spices to elevate the flavor & it was pretty good. I would recommend it."

"Really good Boba Tea. I'm from out of town and rarely get to enjoy food as good as this. the boba was just the right texture and wasn't frozen (I've had other places give me frozen). It came in a really sturdy plastic cup (probably reusable but definitely recyclable. the KPOT Beef Hot Pot was to die for. it was precooked and everything was just the right texture (especially the mushrooms and udon) with thin slices of meat that if you left in the broth would pull apart when you picked it up with the fork. It came in a large bowl (definitely meant for 2).I got Thai Tom yum (my favorite ramen flavor, sour and spicy 😋) broth and I could drink it. I'm glad the packaging is microwave safe as I had plenty of left overs."

"We got combination dinners of the honey chicken and Mongolian beef. We appreciate that they put the honey sauce on the side upon request, but the flavor just isn't there. The choice of rices with the combinations tastes like it's been premade and sitting until they fill the order. The portions are alright, but I've had a bigger dinner combinations from other places. The Mongolian beef was also alright, but again, the flavor was lacking and the meat was kinda chewy. Fried dumplings were fully fried, but were bland. It did come hot and quick, but I'll probably try another place before ordering again. They do have great customer service and seem really nice though."

There were two ''meatballs" chilling in the container and two fried dumpling skins all torn up in the box with it. Really weird ...but the flavors were definitely there. "I didn't like any of my food :( The pho noodles were over cooked and mushy, steak was over cooked too. I ordered an XL pho and there were barely any noodles. The eggs rolls burnt a hole through the styrofoam box and it just didn't look healthy at all. Mango pineapple smoothie came with huge chunks of ice. Could barely suck it through the straw. "
