"When we arrived to get our order (4 minutes past pick up time) it wasn't ready. The staff was basically ignoring my husband. The only person who actually tried to help him was a young guy who worked in the kitchen area. He came out but had no idea exactly what to do in the front. Props to that kid because he's the only one who even tried. My plate alone cost almost $14 and did not even have what I asked for. My husband paid extra for the honey walnut shrimp and he got three tiny pieces in a tiny container. Every time we go in to order, they pile the plate so much we can hardly close it. The only thing that made it worth ordering today was the fact that I had a coupon with doordash so thank you for that. Needless to say I was very disappointed this time but that does not change the fact that I still love Panda Express and that store in particular is still my favorite. Suggestion: Everyone working in a restaurant should know every position and understand what goes into working in every area just in case a customer needs help and people working that area are busy. The way the staff acts in a customer's presence can make or break that customer's view of that experience and change their perspective of the restaurant as a whole.
