"The food is usually pretty good, and normally I don't write reviews, but I have been having a specific issue since ordering from this store. I get a Build Me Up Burger almost every time. The whole point is to customize the burger, yet I am missing the sauce about 50% of the time. Without it, it is just a plain, dry burger. Rarely, they put an ingredient on there that I requested they leave off, or they didn't add something else I asked for, but nothing like the amount of times I don't get the sauce. The sauce is the only reason I even get this specific meal! I could order from cheaper places to get a comperable or even burger, but I order from here for the sauce. Additionally, this time, my Barq's® Root Beer (sealed) wasn't all the way filled. It was missing about an inch of soda from the top. That was on top of the missing sauce. This order was clearly not quality controlled before given to the driver. The wait times for this place are already long, and the driver is always waiting about 10 minutes before they are able to pick up the order, so it's really a shame that these things slipped through the cracks."

I wavered on spending $20 on a meatless salad, but when I say it's packed, the box is packed FULL. I also requested a few changes to the veggies included which were followed perfectly. I will say, for the amount of salad that you get, you're only given a 2oz cup of dressing, which wasn't enough for me. They do provide the option of purchasing more separately, so I will do so next time, but wanted to call that out for others. suggestions for the vendor; 1- a slightly bigger box for the salad. like I said the amount of salad you get justifies the price, but I couldn't mix it without things popping out of the box. 2-adding the option to choose your salad mix. I prefer iceberg, which the salad description noted, however mine was all spring mix. All in all my order was great and I would definitely recommend ♥️"
