Depending on where youre delivering to it will congeal, but its still good even if its cooled off a bit. The burgers are quality too, it stays together as you eat it. "Avoid this branch. It's at Menlo Park in Edison NJ. Ordered the usual Shack Burger and cheese fries, it has to be the worst franchisee for the brand. Lettuce was limp and brown at the edges, burger has an off smell and taste, fries are overcooked, cheese dip was normal. I have been to quite a few branches, from the one in Madison Park NYC to ones overseas, all excellent, this one at Menlo Park is the worst so far."
