"This little 'nook of Heaven' is an absolutely wonderful family-owned and operated coffee boutique with exceptional customer service. My drinks arrive looking beautiful and PERFECT every time I order from this place (which is basically, EVERY DAY!)! On Sunday of last week, I didn't realize the store closed an hour earlier than usual, at 5pm. I called around 5:30 and Farouk cheerfully answered the phone, remembered who I am and struck up a friendly conversation with me. When I inquired about placing an order for pickup, he advised that typically they close at 5 on Sundays but, that he would be more than happy to make my order for me. I mean, WOW. Most places wouldn't have bothered to answer the phone after closing and this kind gentleman not only answered, but answered cheerfully and with exceptional customer service, and went above and beyond to make this customer feel special. When I arrived just before 6pm to pick up my order, Farouk greeted me with a smile and had my drinks already made and looking beautiful for me. Yani, another employee here, is also fantastic and makes a delicious and beautiful-looking drink as well. So glad I found this little piece of Heaven in Owings Mills! "This rest will always be one of my favorites! They are tucked into a tiny spot in a huge building, but every inch of the place is filled with personality and charm. They have a good, creative menu and decent prices. Their food is always fresh and prepared with care. They take allergies very seriously. I have celiac's and feel safe eating here. When I ate there in person, they prepared my gluten free sandwich completely separately.
