The only criticisms I have are that I like the pork to be cut VERY thin in my sandwiches. And the broccoli rabe, although fresh and tender, tasted like it was boiled. It would be better if it was sautéed with fresh garlic, salt, and pepper. Both of these things are personal preference. Overall, the food was delicious! I directed to have the vinegar, actually, extra vinegar, to be put onto the inside of the bread vs putting it on top of the sandwich ingredients(It keeps the vinegar from running out and gives you a dash of vinegar in each bite), which many sub shops ignore. Not at Steak Out! Aside from the their subs, particularly 1/2# steak, the sandwiches are huge, I'm very happy how they they paid attention to their customers requests.
