"Up until recently, we were happy with the food. Ordered 3 sandwiches yesterday on Doordash. We paid over $50 for 3 sandwiches, which included one with the add 50% more option. instead of adding more. it had far less than a normal sub without the additional option. I called the manager and they said they are now forced to weigh the portions and that's the new amount. He refused to hear my words that I could barely even find any chicken in my sandwich, let alone extra that I paid for. He refused to do anything about the lack of food in the sandwhich and said that's how they will all be from now on. Just lost a good customer, we won't be going back. We could have gone to a nice sit down restaurant for the same amount or less and been full. A $20 sandwiche that barely has anything in it is ridiculous. The manager blamed it on food prices are going up so, and he said his store is getting killed on prices so they have to lower portions. Not worth the $ , we will go to Jimmy Johns instead."
