"I am from upstate NY where wings were created, so I have a hard time finding good wings in Florida. However, these wings were excellent. I would say that I ordered Hot Buffalo, extra crispy, and extra wet (saucy) the sauce was delicious but isnt very hot, at all... so if you want spicy, maybe extra hot? Ive heard also, that the Beefs signature sauce, while absolutely delicious, is even less spicy than the Buffalo Hot, bcuz it's essentially the same sauce, but tamed down with butter.
