Taiyaki (Japanese waffle-cake) & Sweets
Taiyaki is a Japanese fish-shaped cake, commonly sold as street food. It imitates the shape of tai (鯛, red sea bream), which it is named after. Traditionally, fresh and warm taiyaki is stuffed with sweet red bean paste, but we also offer other types of fillings such as Ube, Vanilla custard, Nutella, or cheese. These are made fresh hourly, but can also be reheated in a toaster oven for a few minutes at home.

A steaming bowl of ramen noodle soup is a comforting Japanese classic - slowly simmer the bone broth for a rich depth of flavor. Our Sapporo-style ramen is topped with roasted chashu pork belly, grilled chicken or tofu; served w/beansprouts, bamboo shoots spinach, corn, scallion, egg, red ginger, and nori (seaweed). Choose from the following broth bases: - Shoyu (soy sauce base) Ramen - Spicy MISO (base) Ramen - Tonkotsu Ramen : Rich, velvety base, flavored with house pork chashu & pork bone base) - The “Buddha” Ramen: True vegetarian broth base; topped with mixed vegetables, tofu, and egg.
