Half aluminum tray ( 11 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 2 3/4). Feeds around 12 people. Trays take longer than regular plates to cook delivery time takes longer.

Flour tortilla filled with Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese, Red roasted peppers. Served with sour cream , Pico de Gallo or Chipotle Sauce
