A classic Italian treat with a Pocket twist. Our unique Pocket dough is folded over, stuffed with our fresh ingredients and then baked to a golden brown by our Ovenmaster. Allow 20 minutes to bake.

We start by pulling a fresh and steamy ``Pocket`` bread from the oven. While it`s still hot, we split it open and stuff it with your choice of finely chopped salad vegetables, cheeses and meats topped with your favorite salad dressing.
