We pride ourselves on fresh vegetables salads. Especially our homemade dressing made with extra virgin olive oil, premium red wine vinegar, an assortment of herbs spices, and fresh Gilroy garlic. All veggies are sourced locally.

Choose a crust: regular, thin, thick, gluten free. On the gluten free we only offer 2 sizes: 12" and 14" pies, NO 8" size!!

Our pasta sauces are Alba's family recipes brought from Italy, we use tomatoes from San Joaquin valley with fresh central valley herbs, seasonings, succulent beef, local "New York Style" sausage, fresh Morgan Hill mushrooms, and Gilroy garlic. Our homemade sauces are slow-simmered for hours. Full pasta is about 16-17 oz with noodles and sauce, small pasta is about 9oz with noodles and sauce. You can choose noodles from the following options: Spaghetti, Rigatoni, Linguine, Fettuccine and Penne.
