The food is always hot and the hashbrows have such a good flavor and are never soggy. The food is not greasey but I think they use butter to cook with. I would skip the toast get english muffin no butter/ butter on side that way you can toast at work or home. If you order the pancakes don't forget to ask for butter on the side. I love that they let you customize and ask for things like a certain flavor of jelly. Also I never feel sick after eating here. It solid. Do not skip the iced tea. I ordered the 12-piece Snapper, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. The only downside was the portion size of the fries, especially since it was a double order, and I felt it could have been a bit larger. However, the sweet potato pie was the perfect finishing touch, hitting the spot and adding a nice sweetness to the meal. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, but a little more on the side would have made it even better!
