My Costra ,(Keto Birria taco in a crispy cheese shell) had so much filling that a lot fell out. but there was still plenty of meat inside. It was delicious. My son only had 1/2 of his Garnacha Melt, (Like a grilled cheese sandwich, but with Birria, cilantro, grilled onions in it). This sandwich was huge, but he loved it.
