"Extraordinary customer service!!! Dairy Queen went above and beyond when our dasher only picked up two small blizzards and left all of the hot food behind. The restaurant called the dasher twice and asked him to come back for the food. Unfortunately, he refused, so Dairy Queen contacted me directly, explained the situation, and insisted on delivering the left behind portion of our order to us. Not only did Dairy Queen bring our food to us, but they included two extra quarts of ice cream for "our trouble". That kind of customer service is such a rarity these days! "Apparently there were technical issues with DoorDash and the items they had in the shop weren't accurate, however, my dasher let me know what they did have and we worked together to choose substitutions which was very helpful! The mochi donuts were different but I'm a mochi fan and enjoyed the cinnamon and the cookies and cream very much. The bacon was well done and all the veggies were super fresh, then the aioli packed a bunch of flavor on top. We ordered the Greek Pizza without Kalamata olives, which I personally missed, but the generous sized chunks of steak were so tender in and the feta cheese and garlic added enough flavor that the olives weren't fully missed.
