"Everything was really great, dosa was perfecto, the coconut chutney complete india homestyle!!! Chicken 65 was really great, little was crunchy, but still great authentic chicken 65, wish they had heat levels for the chicken 65 though, would have liked a little more heat but understandable that added heat would not appeal to many outside Indians!!! Great Food!!! Loved It!!!!!!"
"We had the Butter Chicken, Cauliflower Lasuni and Spinach curry. Honestly tasted like it came out of a can, lacked flavor. We barely ate half of it. The butter chicken was especially too sweet and the cauliflower was $14 for like 5 small pieces? I never write bad reviews but damn this was pretty bad. Maybe we just got a bad batch. "

"This meal was delicious. The roti curry and chick peas was freshly made and very tasty. Also the chicken was well seasoned and soft. Roti skin full of split speas and a good size. Very enjoyable meal, worth the price"
"My sister enjoyed her Curry Chicken roti. She said it is huge, flavorful, and hits the right spot. "Can't stop eating. It was supposed to be one taste but before I knew it half was gone." The Stew Oxtails is good as well. The Chicken Soup is thick and filled with food and chicken just the way we love it in the West Indies.

"The Karachi chicken was DELICIOUS and spicyyyy. I loved it! I got it on a buy 1 get 1 and when I say WORTH the money? WORTH THE MONEY!! it didn't come with rice but I got naan and the naan was huge!! Was a great substitute for rice! And it came with a side cabbage salad and light yogurt-ish dressing! I might have to visit this place in person with my friends!"

"Omlette was good, could use a little more salt/pepper. Dahi bahre were delicious. Perfectly proportioned sauces "
"The portions of everything are HUGE, 24oz Mango Lassi, salad on the side with the Shahi paneer (cheese butter), generous cups of sauces on the side. The Rice Pudding (Kheer) is so good and they give so much of it. It's thick and sweet and has slivered almonds mixed in. The Shani paneer has so much paneer in it, normally there's so much extra sauce but not with this. The 2 potatoes samosas are huge and they came steaming hot. The only thing I didn't totally love was the garlic naan, which was kinda dense. But overall 9/10 would order again."

"This was genuinely one of best meals I have ever had. I ordered the butter chicken and got it mild medium spicy which was the perfect spice level and the flavor was amazing. I also got the coconut shrimp which was fantastic, like these flavors are unreal. I also go the garlic naan such a good choice it perfected my meal. I concluded my meal with the rice pudding which was just the best, perfect sweetness level and the mango kulfi, again great flavor, smooth and creamy. I will be ordering from here again."
"This place is so freaking good. You can actually taste how fresh everything is. The veggie flavors are prominent (the peas in the Methi Mattar Paneer just make the whole thing POP with freshness) the meats are tender, the spice is spicy, and the cumin in the rice is so deliciously fragrant. "

"Food was delicious. Portions are large. My dinner came with rice, so I needn't have ordered rice, but the flavored rice really went so well with the Chicken Korma and together it was two huge meals."
"⭐ Disappointed and Concerned About Food Quality
I used to genuinely enjoy this restaurant's goat masala. The meat was tender, flavorful, and had the distinctive aroma I've come to associate with well-prepared goat.
Unfortunately, my last two experiences have been very different.
On both occasions, the meat lacked its familiar aroma and flavor, was noticeably tougher, and contained bones that looked unusual to me.
After the second experience, I contacted the restaurant to inquire about its meat supplier. I was given a name that sounded like Jetro, but I have not independently confirmed the supplier or the origin of the meat.
My biggest concern is whether I'm receiving the same product I've enjoyed and paid for in the past.
I cannot identify the animal from the bones alone, and I don't want to make unsupported accusations. However, the repeated differences in taste, texture, and appearance have left me uncomfortable.
As a longtime customer, I'm disappointed. I trusted this restaurant and"

"The Mango Sticky Rice (seasonal) is was sooo good. The mango was perfectly tipe and the rice was a good combo with the extra "syrup" topping. "Compelling new go-to for Indian cuisine. Excellent recipes across the menu. No neon hues, just enough sweet and tangy, good size and volume of meat in dishes. Portions are not huge (homestyle) but price point is a huge attractor. Objectively the best, most consistent Indian food I've found in Brooklyn. Lassi was a bit short, the mint chutney has a lot of room to improve, but this is the place to stick with . I'm hype. Welcome to the neighborhood ."
"I ordered the samosa chaat, and it was very disappointing. "The butter chicken was fantastic, flavorful, and moist which is impressive for delivery. The size is small but responsible and worth it for the quality; however, to not include rice with a $30 chicken entree is absurd. I almost ordered some (for $9!) but thought "surely at $30 it comes with rice." "We love Jalsa! We normally get the Vegetarian Dahi Puri appetizer (make sure they don't forget the mint chutney; they forgot it tonight). Some assembly required on those but 100% delicious. It's better to send it in parts because it preserves the texture.
We also usually get two veg "gravies." (Standard Indian entrees.) You probably can't go wrong."
"This Daal Vegetarian Daal Makhni (Rice Not Included) is my new favorite food. So rich and flavorful! And you will not find a better Vegetarian Saag Paneer (Rice Not Included) than Jalsa. Tons of paneer and super fresh sauce. "

"Their Stew Beef Pie Dinner is so delicious. The beef is tender and has kind of a sweet taste, In my opinion I'd prefer more savory but regardless its still amazing...macaroni pie is delicious as well. This is my second time ordering this meal and its a win again."
"The roti was delicious. I mean absolutely delicious. This was my first time ordering from here so I said lemme settle down, watch some TV and order a roti. Flaky, chewy and butter was the roti skin and the curry was nicely seasoned. The chicken was tender, it had that tendernism and the doubles were great as well. Thinking about getting it again for real"

"Everything was a huge hit but the Garlic with chicken was especially flavorful! The Brussel Sprout were crispy and delicious with a great dipping sauce. "
"Ordered from here a few times. Items conistently come different than specified on menu or without dipping sauces. Ordered the $20 duck breast and I got one duck leg chopped up. Perhaps five bites of Asian duck- I called to see if there was a mistake and they said that it is a quarter duck. Pic available for reference. "

"Ordered their Kati rolls. Delicious! Nice job and I look forward to trying your other dishes. I am very fussy about Katie rolls and these were fantastic. The portions are also great. Two very filling Kati rolls in one order. "
"any chicken dishes that aren't tandoori are best avoided. their Chicken Makhani was basically ketchup and turmeric and sugar. the garlic naan was rubbery. portions were small - only 4 tiny pieces in the chicken tikka. would not order or visit again."

"I am in heaven after eating the STEWED PEAS with rice plate! The pigtails were cooked tender and flavorful. The stewed peas were absolutely perfect.
And I also rdered a small potato salad,
I ate every drop of everything I purchased for my lunch.ORDER RIGHT NOW!"
"I ordered the Kingfish Only with a side of mixed Steamed Vegetables and a large Pineapple Ginger drink. This meal was awesome. The Kingfish is fried topped with onions and carrots and the Steamed Vegetables were a perfect side for me. There is some pepper, but it's just the right amount of flavor you need. My food was packaged separately and nothing spilled or leaked. The delivery dasher was an excellent communicator and precisely followed directions. I will absolutely order again and sample the rest of the menu. The Pineapple Ginger drink was the topper. My pictures don't do this justice. The food is way better than my picture taking. Lol - 100 stars 🌟"

"Mali Kofta was delicious, sweet with the faintest bit of heat. TheShag Ponner was different from any of the palak paneer I've had before. Instead of some spice, it was sweet and a little salty, without any heat at all. The salty Lassi was more salty than I'm used to but after the first sip, I couldn't put it down, just kept drinking. It's a 16 oz drink.
the food comes in full-to-the-rim plastic containers (not dishes) so you need to plate the food, and there was a good deal of sauce so a bowl might be better."

"The House Special Chicken Curry was delicious! And I love that you can get small sides of some of the other dishes here. I got the small order of the Plain Saag to make it a more balanced meal with some vegetables. Perfect! Joy always hits the spot."
"The Samosa was very yummy and fresh, lovey sauce and crispy shell. Same with the Chicken Tikka Masala, it was very well spiced, lots of chicken, and very smooth. However the Stuffed Naan wasn't the best, the cheese inside was melted at all. Literally just unmelted raw shredded cheese stuffed inside a naan. "
