"I’m sorry to say this, but for $16.50, what I received was disappointing. The burger itself tastes great, and the quality and freshness are definitely there. However, the portion size compared to the price feels hard to justify. Paying nearly $20 for a burger and fries that are similar in size to something you’d get at McDonald’s just doesn’t feel reasonable.
I completely understand that market conditions impact pricing, and I respect that. That said, I would gladly pay $20 if the portions were more substantial. Unfortunately, as it stands, I don’t think I would order again.
I’m sharing this feedback honestly in hopes it’s helpful—an increase in portion size would make the price feel much more justified."

"Just came back from Japan. Craving for castella. The Original is not the castella from Nagasaki. Far from it. It is a sponge cake, more Taiwanese Style. You can get a similar recipe tasting/texture one at 85 degrees for at most $4. For $12, I expected more.
