"Dasher literally took so long to deliver but the way it was packaged, it was nice and hot. Taste of the food is so top notch, loved the podi idli, so soft, right amount of podi masala and ghee. Most importantly, had so amazing crispy outside and best filing inside, Samosa :). Thank you Chef."

"I didnt order it, but ate it, and was so impressed that I made sure to save the restaurants name! We had the tikka masala, butter chicken and the spicy chicken rice. I have ordered from many Indian restaurants in Calgary and many have sugary sauces lacking distinct flavour. Not this place!! "
"We order from Masala Bhavan regularly (50+ times) and love that the curries have a good amount of meat versus other Indian restaurants in Calgary and are consistently delicious. Unfortunately today our two curry dishes had very little meat in them, arguably one portion across the two orders. I hope this restaurant is not going the same way as other Indian restaurants as we love this place!"

"Always appreciate and am never disappointed with the quality of food. Great taste, value and a return customer for certain. Always fulfilling. "
"The butter chicken sauce was delicious but there were only 4 pieces of chicken in the entire dish. As this dish is over 15 dollars, I would expect more. The fried rice was nothing special. I wouldnt consider it like the fried rice I've had at other places. Normally you have spices with rice, eggs, and veggies, whereas this was basically plain rice with some chunks of eggs in some of it. I normally love this kind of food but it was not what I expected. "This was my first time having Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken, and it definitely held up to my expectations. These were scrumptious, I enjoyed the flavor and texture. These portions were quite large, and I did have leftovers but that's so totally fine! I definitely would recommend this and am excited to order again sometime! (Ignore the slurpee)"

"Ordered the lamb curry and for $26 save your money!
It came in the smallest container and had NO meat (maybe 2 pieces in the container). This wouldn't even be enough to feed one person. Also the curry was pure liquid...resembles a birria. I am beyond disappointed and will never order from here again. Please note that the plate in my picture is a dessert plate for your reference to size. Do yourself a favor and run!"

"This time we ordered Exotic Paneer Tikka Lababdar . There was cheese in the gravy. I dont understand why! Whenever we have been to the place, we have loved the food, but this time it was disappointing. There were barely two small pieces of paneer in the entire portion. Considering they are charging premium prices, you expect a little bit more. I hope it was just a bad day in the kitchen and it doesnt happen again cuz we love going to this place."

We’ve never been in the slightest bit disappointed; take-out, delivery, and in-person dining have all been excellent. The staff are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable.
We’ve never had Indian cuisine this good and will always be using Indian Ocean when looking to enjoy this international cuisine!!!"
"The Paneer Korma dish was bland compared to the ones we get in Kelowna. Didn't enjoy it much and didn't finish it, but the spice level was mild as requested, the sauce was thick and the paneer was plentiful. The Mix Veg Pakora were way too spicy and I couldn't eat them at all. They were even spicy for my daughter-in-law and she likes things really hot. The sauces that came with them weren't very tasty either. The Garlic Naan was kind of thin and dry. The Steamed Basmati Rice was great and the portion was huge. My husband had the Chicken Korma and he thought it was fine, but I like lots of flavor in Indian food."

"The quality of service here is top notch, the staff is very responsive and helpful. The food was amazing especially the quality and quantity of the biriyani was perfect (enough for two people!), the goat was very tender and it had a good amount of it. "Aloo Tikki was awesome in taste with red and green chutneys. I will order it again in the future.
I have found one flaw that I had ordered Kadhi Pakora instead I got kadayi Paneer. Though Kadayi Paneer was excellent in taste , my expectations were different.
4 stars just because of different item I got.
Last and not least, "Grace of India" is good in taste. I will recommend it to everyone."

"Amritsari Kulcha Chole was legit although the portions were quite small for the price. if you eat it in store, the prices aren't as inflated as online. this food is not healthy or fancy to be priced so high - it's street food with lots of oil in it .. it is definitely tasteful but the pricing should be adjusted accordingly."

"Adrak Chai : good as always.
Chole Bhature : Very filling and tasty. The bhatura was good and fresh. It was not chewy but soft. I liked it. Samosa (2 Pieces) : It was refried but the taste was good and filling."
"Very disappointing experience. The malai kofta was clearly not fresh—the kofta balls were hard and seemed frozen, with far too much salt. The taste was awful and difficult to eat.
The butter roti had almost no butter, was extremely thick, and difficult to chew. We had to throw the food away after just two bites. Definitely not worth it."

"Ordered the saffron rice, palak shrimp, dal masoor and the garlic naan. Food arrived hot and everything was super delicious.
The palak shrimp has huge, tender shrimp and they don't skimp on the amount of the shrimp. Excellent!!! Will definitely order from here again."
"Worst Indian restaurant ever! I ordered the butter chicken, and there were only five pieces of meat. The garlic naan and the biryani were both so bland. I will never order from here again and definitely don’t recommend it."
