"This diner knows how to do salads. When I order DD here (reasonably priced too, and no delivery fee for me!) I have narrowed in on their salads because they are sooooo good. They dont skimp on their toppings, especially any meats. The choice they made to prepare the dish with their house made ragu instead of a traditionally paired oxtail or beef short rib would have been a decent choice if the sauce and the meet in it had a more robust flavor. The sauce itself was bland as any of the flavors hid behind so much basil. The meat, which seemed like ground beef was a little bit dry and was devoid of any real flavor. I added some extra cheese which amounted to about 20 small shavings on the top and not near enough for the size of the dish. I will say that the amount you receive is enough for two people, or two full meals."

"I could not believe the size of my Ribeye Cajun. It was HUGE! In my photo, it's on a ten inch plate. 1.25 lbs of steak cooked to medium rare perfection with a nice char. Very juicy and flavorful. I got a medium sized baked potato and added on breaded fried shrimp which were delicious. The only glitch was there were no options on the Doordash page to choose your condiments, A-1 sauce, cocktail sauce, sour cream, etc but, luckily I had what I needed in my fridge. Best steak dinner I've had in a long time!"
"We had the Filet Mignon and a crabcake with baked potato, mushrooms and grilled onions. It was one incredible meal. Filet was done perfectly medium and the crabcake was out of this world. The Doordash driver delivered it right on time and the food was still hot! We will use Doordash and go to Hoss's again for sure!"
